Can we imagine mushroom growing without using specialised machinery and equipment? Thanks to advances in the area of mechanization we can reduce the process time and improve labour efficiency at the same time, resulting in the increased profitability. Using modern machinery and equipment also often enhances the quality of the product. This dependency is particularly evident in mushroom growing, where mechanical filling systems for substrates also lead to better harvests and larger profits for mushroom farms. The Hercules head filler
The latest addition to our range reflects the latest trend. The “Hercules” head filler, designed to mechanically load compost and casing soil (in bulk). Loading can be done in combination with external machines, such as a compost hopper and a casing soil hopper (if the lorry transporting the casing soil has no adapter), belt conveyors (for compost and casing soil) and pulling winches. Combining this machinery with the head filling machine creates one process line that will uniformly deposit compost onto the shelves in the growing rooms.

Protection and experience
Duplex technology has been applied to protect the machine against corrosion – a combination of hot dip galvanizing and additional protection of galvanized elements by painting them with high resistance layers. Some components of the machine (e.g. housing units) are made of stainless steel.
Many solutions are already used in head filling machines based on the experiences of users in Poland as well as abroad. However, there was also a lack of new solutions offered by producers of world-class machinery. This new machine meets this need.
