Mushrooms in pouch – new, revolutionary spice product

An Israeli startup company, The Mushroom Benefit, has recently launched its “Cuisine Bag” product line. The products contains dried mushrooms and spices packed in small sachets, which are excellent for seasoning soups, stews, sauces and marinades.

Mira Weigensberg, managing director and co-founder of The Mushroom Benefit, said: “As a consumer, we follow daily cooking TV shows, chef blogs and restaurants. No wonder we all want to cook as professional chefs for the satisfaction of our family and friends. In addition, we would like to enjoy all the benefits of using natural ingredients and high-quality spices.

The product’s vegan, sugar and salt content is zero and does not contain artificial flavor enhancers, colorings, aromas, and is made using only natural ingredients. Each sachet includes a variety of mushrooms and spices, and the Mushroom Benefit combinated of exotic mushrooms, primarily shiitake and black truffles, to achieve a harmonious taste. When used, the pouch is approx. soak for about 15-20 minutes to water or broth, 1 sachet enough for 1 liter of hot water for flavoring.

Each Cuisine Bag package contains five pouches made of 100% biodegradable corn starch, demonstrating the company’s commitment to reducing our ecological footprint.

The product will be available from June, in four types: Classic, Italian, Asian.
